    Hello!

    I would need someone to make the basic programming of a MediaWiki website

    It's only some basics, easy setup.

    Tasks:
    -Change the Logo
    -Make 'word from the founder' as the Main Page( text I will provide )
    -Create separate pages for how to report spam and abuse, a page for Rules and Restictions( text I will provide ) and to force users who register to read the Rules and Restictions.
    -Programm reCaptcha feature to prevent spam
    -Insert a page with the GNU licence and info about this.
    -Program other anti-spam features that would be recommended
    -Lock so that post can only be made by registered users
    -Add a 'Login via Facebook' for logging in, if possible
    -Make sure that the title is good, and that the site has a sitemap for search engines.
    -Delete all spam that has been already put( we can also just reinstall a fresh WikiMedia )
    -And please consider some extra time to make sure it is a 100% functionnal Wiki. If there are text, links of info missing, to let me know so i provide text.

    -the page is already installed( www.cirkipedia.org )
