We've been working with them for a considerable amount of time. It helps to diversify the site content. I do not know about ringtones, we added wall paper. In our case it looks like this: we have a plenty of celebrity content at the site so we implemente a code so that our visitors could order the images as wallpaper on the phone. We do not earn a lot money from them (btw they pay as long as you earn min commission and you yourself should initiate payment buy generating an invoice) but earning money was not our primary goal, we wanted to give our customers more opportunities. My advice is: call them, they have a US department and they will offer you a solution for your niche site. It is very specific in every case.
Yes, you can get the content on your website really fast via iframes, xml feeds or you can use some free scripts they are offering that makes a full websites. The payouts are pretty good but the support is not so great.
