i just register but no Banner appear or no popup when i make new place (Exit Popup).

 

Hi, the cpm rates depends the countries you send traffic from we have no fixed cpms rates this can be high or low, depends on traffic you send to us.

hi, yes we pay the fees for paypal as this are made by masspay.
we allready have done some payouts.we don t scam people as we don t like to get scamed too.
and the more publishers we have happy the more money we make.
just try it for one month and after you see the diference from ymads to mediacpm.
also we invite all publishers to post here all payouts proof.
