media shakers scam or trusted ?

First of all I would like to say hello to all the members.

I would like to talk about the company Mediashakers, They are SCAM , after u read this thread i hope u all STOP using this scma ad companny

My problem is with the man leading this company, who goes by the name of Eyal Barad, who came to the conclusion that he can act as a dictator in his own little world.
Everything was going well, the ads were online , I haven't received any sort of complaints from anyone up untill the 6-th of november, "coincidently" a payment date at Mediashakers. All of a sudden the man I mentioned decided that
for the last 66 days I commited some fraud , therefore put my account as inactive and confiscated 4400$ that he owed me for that period. All this without any sort of email or explanation.

Not being able to receive any response to my emails I got a very foggy response through some friends from a publisher organization called Casipa . All they could get out of this fellow is that the comapny probably closed my account for cause of fraud.
You don't just go around confiscating 4400$ with arguments like "probable fraud". You need to give solid arguments and proof. I have between 50k-100k unique visitors per day so I'm not some shmuck owing a blog in his mommy's basement. In other words 4.4k in over 2 months at my traffic is not a stretch at all.
I think it's more than obvious that the individual decided to palm my earnings in his own pockets because those funds don't just vanish into thin air and they sure as hell don't return to the advertiser after more then two months .

I opened this thread as a warning to all of you that are currently working or thinking of working in the future with Mediashakers. You risk of losing your earnings at any moment depending on which side of the bed this Eyal Barad wakes up on the morning of the payment.
I will write about them on every forum I can find and I will make an official complaint to yahoo as companies such as Mediashakers bring a lot of damage to the image of Yahoo's ad network system.

Conclusion:
after they reply [ after 45 days and manny of my post on manny forums ] you all can see that medishakers or media-server is a SCAM companny, they see my reply after they response to this thread, and when they saw i am rigth and do not have anything with that site they present, [ or maybe they present that site just to full user that reat this, to make them belive that they scam me from my money legaly, u see they are just trayng all kinds of things to get away from this, luky for me they just showing they are limited on this. ]
HOPE all publisher stop they colaboration with this scam ad companny mediashakers , when i see ads from them i show this tread to that website, till now i have some people ho decide to stop the relation with this scam companny till things will figured, not manny just 12 webmaster has decide to do this, like u say here are still some that are think if
they pay now will they pay forever [ i thinked that to they pay me 7 months in a raw] ......

 

I got paid from them. about 200$. It might be a thing that only you got.

 

I have also removed mediashakers forever. Too many complaints.
This is not fair to make a publisher to work more than two months and in payment day to steal all of his revenue.

 

11 days past no email from mediashakers not even one reply here to try demonstrate that they are legit .
In this case i will call mediashakers A BIG SCAM , i have all the rigths to say this , a legit companny will
at least reply , but they dont cause they know i have all ok on my accounth all my earnings are ok never
had more than 2% ctr , so they dont know how to say they keep my money for they.
Conclusion mediashakers A BIG SCAM , i hope all of u that use this scam to think and not to use them anymore,
only that will make scam vannish. Think, maybe nexth mounth on paymenth day u will be next one selected by earl to
fill his poket .

After 17 days somebody from Mediashakers finally answered back. At the moment I am waiting for an official response regarding my account and my earnings...

After a discussion with this Mediashakers representative i received the following email :

..... and in skype he is asking me to remove my post for the sole reason that he made his job and informed me that my account
was disabled 17 days after the actual event happened.
He still refused to give me any reasons about why my account was disbaled and my earnings confiscated.

after this he go ofline and till today after more than 24 hours no update from him ...

i will update ....

 

I have never heard of media shakers and i doubt they are scam as i can see them their position now

it past more than 40 days from accounth disablle and no one reply to my emails to say why my they stop my and why they still my revenue for 2 months,
hope all of u that work with this scam to think u can be in my place at any momenth so is better stop colaboration with such scam .....

 

I have dealt with Media Shakers in the past and i just recently started doing business with them again. They are Reliable, Very Reliable. That might be due to the fact that i deal with them on a Busines to Business stand point, but from my work with them, they have always been professional and about their business. So...I don't know what is up with the negative reviews...

 

i work with them more than 1 year was no problem but no comunication eather , i will stop rewies abouth them when they will act like a profesional companny and send me or answer here if the dont like to send me an email , why they dont reply here with proof abouth why they keep my money for themself , i told u why cause they HAVE NOTHING against me i dont fraud them i have clean cliks and clean trafic , and if was a problem , but it wasnt , how they stop al my earnings for last 2 months and 6 days , IN THE DAY OF THE PAYMENTH? when they will to this to u , cause they will , hope u will understand why i dont stop till this scamer will stop theyr scam busines ......

The claim that fellow member Livesport is complaining about is simply a pressure tactic in order to try and get us to pay for fraudulent activity. We we will not succumb to such threats and pressure tactics.
The facts are as follows:
1) This publisher applied to us with a URL www.livesportsuk.com and was approved.
2) Subsequently we found abnormal activity on the account and sent an email after not seeing our tags on this URL.
3) We got 12,046,656 impressions although we could not find our tags on http://www.livesportsuk.com/
4) The publisher did not reply to our requests to send a URL of a page were we can find our tags.
5) The site's Alexa rank is not in tune with the amount of impressions we received.
6) http://www.livesportsuk.com/ is inactive. The website was removed shortly after we asked to see were our ads are running.
7) This is not the first time we see this type of scam. The web site was identical in structure, design and content to other sites we've seen.

Mediashakers has been around for many years. We are a reliable company and we have a great responsibility to our advertisers and partners. We want to make sure that fraudsters like this don't ruin it for everyone as 'it takes only one thief to ruin the party for everyone'.

I think that MediaShakers has made its point and revealed your fraudulent intentions.
If this is the way you defend yourself, please leave the URLs as they are and don't delete and change them every time your fraud is revealed.
MediaShakers will not add anything else in that matter.

 

u dont made no point here , where is fraud? u put some foto dont know from where , but still where is fraud?
was clean clicks and trafic small ctr WHERE IS fraud? how can u say are a trusted companny when u stop yours
publisher earnings for 2months past , cause u saw something , but u did not saw any after u see this u search and invent rubish ,
u steall from your publisher.

 

They have never stolen from me and i have been using them for years now. Its in every ad network's TOS that if they feel you are at wrong they reserve the right to ban/cancel your account with out pay. You should read into the policies of a company before using them and especially before complaining about it. If only the rest of the world thought this way....
