Media Shakers r Fake << heres the proof >>

After Displaying ads of mediashakers.com on my site for 50 days , and making around 90$ in the account ,I told them its full and final please pay me in my paypal account as you prmised to do so after 35 days.
But this is the final reply i got form there side.......

Is there any way to report this fraud to FBI please let me know thanks.

First let's get the facts straight.
You are either misinformed or cannot read your income statement???

You earned $10.93 in December and $17.70 in January and $0.33 in February???
Why are you lying and saying you earned $90? I can post the stats here if you want. I think you owe us a big apology. Login and look at your stats I hope you are bright enough to have a look and if not ask me to help you. I hope you are also honest enough to say that you are sorry and apologize once you realize that you are MISTAKEN!

You have been paid in accordance with our payment policy. We pay out net 35 days and so only December payment has been mad so far. January traffic payment will be made on March 5th and February traffic will be paid on April 5th.

As to your language I would like the readers to know that the reason we have disabled the tags from showing on your account is because of the cursing and bad mouthing behavior you are repeatedly using.

We will honor our policies and pay out ALL outstanding bills on time but we choose not to work with you based on this fact alone.I think you should learn some manners and realize that people want to work with people that they enjoy working with. We have many publishers we work with and I think you will find most of them are very happy with the service and the closeness of our relations. That is not to say that we are perfect, we make mistakes but we are honest and we treat our publishers and advertisers with respect that obviously you have none.


I urge you to stop the bad mouthing which is only doing you damage...take a look at yourself and the facts and then do yourself a favor and apologize.

Hi Nature,

I earned $10 last month from MediaShakers and you said in your email that payment has been made, but didn't get paid for that month, I can even show you screen shot of my PayPal history. But again when i reply to you. You have no time to reply to your publishers and on every topic at DP you are forcing people to use MediaShakers? I've mailed you 2 times and also PMed you at DP. Didn't get reply I will wait for the PM as i've send it some minutes ago. I will not use mediashakers anymore if i will not get paid.

 

If you have a legit complaint then find out what state they are located in and file a complaint with the state attorney general. Many AG's are pretty aggressive about pursuing online fraud.

But you better not lie or embellish your complaint or you're the one who will feel the heat.

 

Report them ASAP. even more that a employee posted information that on there own TOS states that they will not talk about your information in the public.
