im not answering any questions. but you are right about it not being your responsibility, how ever it doesn't make sense to come here to ask questions you have not already asked the company directly. most companies dont focus their support efforts online. i don't have any affiliation with them, i'm just applying some experience/logic which it seems like a few comments have been missing.
