Hi, I m using Meta Business. I use it to shedule post to Facebook and Insta. It all worked great till last week. As soon as I upload a image it does not do it. Also when uploading reels it only loads till 5% and that is it. If I go to the profile directly it does the same. This is only on Desktop, on Mobile it works perfectly. Has anyone got a solution to this problem? I use Chrome and have the newest version, also I have cleared the chache as well and problem persists. Really hope someone can help.
Try using a different browser or disabling any extensions in Chrome that might interfere with uploads. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Meta Support for further assistance.
Hey! I totaly get how annoying this can be. try turning off any firewalls or antivirus programs that might be blocking uploads. Sometimes checkin your internet connection helps too. If the problem persists it might be worth trying on a different computer. Let us know how it goes
Try disabling any browser extensions and uploading in Incognito mode. If that doesn't work, switch to another browser like Fierefox or Edge, also check if your network or firewall is limiting uploads. If all of this doesn't work, the only thing left is support.
