I have the answer why Publisher getting zero revenue with Media.net! Last week I email them: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Would you check algorithm in your publisher commission software, are your cheating? Sorry for ask this, I ask this because I got Zero revenue in 3 weeks with 700 imp/day and 1200 unique visitors/day. My USA traffic about 30%. Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Then I got the answer from Trusha G (Media.net): ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I understand your concern. On an average it takes our system somewhere around 3 to 4 weeks to understand the traffic, content, visitor's intent, etc. At times it might take even more time depending on the vertical, site, impressions, and other factors. As I currently see, the impressions are too less for our system to run any test. It would be great if our ads could receive some exposure on your site. Regards, Trusha ------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, I think the answer is "PUBLISHER NEED TO LET MEDIA.NET ADS STAY FOR 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE MEDIA.NET ALGORITHM RECOGNIZE YOUR WEBSITE. YOU MUST PATIENT FOR 3/4 WEEKS WITHOUT ANY REVENUE BUT THEN YOUR EARNING SLOWLY WILL BE NORMAL, TRUST ME THIS METHOD WORKS!!"
Well due to circumstances I had to switch to media.net for almost a week and their rates are hilarious. We receive around 3 to 4 million impressions on monthly basis on our site and had a whopping eCPM of $0.01 Hilarious network that goes into the bin today to stay there. Total joke.
media.net is good company, did you check with them why you have such low rate must be something wrong or they might not want your traffic
Ever seen there email responses ? There is nothing wrong with our traffic either. Nicely split into US and UK so should offer decent rates. Back to Adsense again
if u have usa traffic then media net pay more..it is like edomz but paying more if u have 1st tier country traffic
base on my own experience with medianet, i think medianet change their campaign from cpm and cpc to cpc only. you only get earnings if the ad were clicked and user go to search page and then the user click one of the listed ad again. Impression will not generate earning..
Yes! I am also with media.net and use it on my blog. The earning is slightly low but it really worth for an good alternative for Adsense.
whats the eCPM you are seeing and what geo's. its really like that over all the premium geo's are the bread and butter online.
Media.net is worthless. I have roughly 97% US traffic. My RPM for the month is $0.04. I've never seen an ad network so bad!
When Media.net launched, I submitted multiple applications to join it, but was aways rejected. Now, I see, media.net is contacting me to get on their board. How are they performing now ? Have anyone received payment from them ?
They have ridiculous ecpm rate. I hardly found anyone satisfied with media.net . They can never be an alternative to AdSense. Sorry.
There is no real alternative to AdSense unfortunately. Just a totally different class of rates and revenue for the most part... Media.net is no where near the same ballpark as AdSense.
I'm agreed, Media.net's payment method is suspicious, no option to get paid also no support team, help forum or anything elses available online. I have reached $100+ this month but have already waived to use it. I mailed to my agent who gave me my account credentials about payment issue but didn't get answer yet. I will also write a strong review over this nasty ad network, also report to Yahoo and Bing about this bad project ever on internet.
