I like most meat and fish as well as vegetables. I'd choose meat over fish though simply because of the amount of iron in red meat; if I don't get enough iron in my diet I get weak and tired too easily
I prefer chicken, but only the white part, no skin. I don't like fish because of bones. Also I don't like meat too much or other parts of chicken because of the nerves and bones you can find in some meat. Otherwise if I think only of the taste, then fish is good, perhaps better than meat, but the time I spend checking that it contains no bones makes it a real pain to eat fish, so I don't. It's like the fruits, my favorite is banana because once you remove the protection skin (easy) then you can bite inside without fear of a seed or anything hard inside, but for taste it's not the best fruit to me, I like cherries and also small oranges, but those are boring to eat, althought in the case of cherries, at least you know what to expect, one seed per fruit, so I've learned a way to eat them, not biting until the seed is out, but still it's much work and not clean compared to a banana..
