Can some one break this down for me in simple terms?
    Page impressions
    Clicks
    Page CTR
    Page eCPM [?]

Yesterday one of my site, I made a page impression of 4, 1 click, and page CTR of 25% and Page eCPM was 765. This 1 clicked earned me $3.06
Anything I can do to have this on other sites, I believe if I really know the meaning of these terms it will help.

Page impressions: The number of times a page with your AdSense code was opened.
Clicks: The number of times your AdSense was clicked.
Page CTR: The number of clicks per page impression, as a percentage. Or, more simply, you could think of it as the number of clicks per 100 page impressions. For example, 8 clicks in 100 page impressions would be 8.00%.
Page eCPM: The estimated earnings you would have per 1000 page impressions at the rate you earned so far. For example, if you had earned $0.50 in 100 page impressions, your eCPM would be $5.00. If you had earned $12.00 in 2000 page impressions, your eCPM would be $6.00. Even though this says $, it doesn't affect your earnings. It's simply a guideline for you to see how much you earn on average over a standard amount (1000 page impressions).

Do these explanations help at all?

doing 3.06$ with a single click is pretty good. What is your site about?
