My Google Webmaster tools is showing lots of errors in Webmaster account & someone has told me to make that pages fetch as Google in Webmaster account. So can you told me what is the meaning of Fetch as Google in Webmaster account
The Fetch as Google is a feature in Google webmaster tools, which lets you see a page as Google sees it. Its like a preview of how Google will see your page with current code and settings, which is really helpful to troubleshoot your page.
There is another jewel of a function in the "Fetch as Google" feature. In Webmaster Tools, click on "Health", then on "Fetch as Google". Go ahead and fetch a page you've been working on. Then click the resulting blue "Success" link to see the page as Googlebot sees it. But there's more: if you look just to the right of that "Success" link, you'll see a "Submit to Index" box. If you click that, it will tell Google to crawl that page. Supposedly it gets you a very quick, sometimes immediate, crawl of that page. That can be an invaluable help if you've been redoing parts of a page and want Google to quickly crawl and index the newly-changed page. (P.S. Google's Matt Cutts gave this hint. Sorry, I don't have the link.)
One of my friend advice me to rederict crawls pages to home page within 2 months all pages will fix.. Here Guide for bloggers : http://blogcheer.com/how-to-redirect-all-404-to-homepage-blogger/
"Fetch as Googlebot" tool under Google webmasters should be used when you have updated a page (the one which is already indexed by Google) on your site and want Google to update it in SERP and its cache.
