Hello, I am a student focused in IT and although I am not currently studying web development I would like to start my own project in web site creation. I have a little web development background but not anything too usefull. I'm currently re-teaching myself HTML and CSS, I am planning on developing a site where the majority of the site will be pages with video content, not entirely unlike the way youtube operates. My intention is not to start up a new youtube or anything so ambitious, I'll most likely be using youtube to host my videos and embed them in my site. What I would like to do is have pages with information attached but what I would like to know is do I make individual pages for each video or is there some database system I can use where I have one page template and each page is created based around that template and the information I have attributed for that given page? I wanted to introduce myself, let you know what I was planning and ask if anyone could point me in the right direction of where to look or give me some good pointers.
