for those who registered .me with godaddy during landrush period and currently in auction phrase now; should the auction not go through, ie, you lost the bid, will godaddy return us via our credit card?
That is the exact question I asked GoDaddy. Some registars return it in store credit, but GoDaddy returns it in cash / equiv. One of the only things they seem to have done right today.

It seems there's shady work going on where they are picking the domains that are getting loads of requests to purchase (via godaddy, etc) and then putting them up for auction at an inflated price. So much for first come first serve. FORUM.ME is in the auction list, and it says the auction ends in 6 days. Didn't someone in this thread say they bought that domain?? I saw a domain that I was thinking of purchasing adn it was available. I decided not to purchase it and I checked minutes later and it was suddenly listed as a premium domain name... wierd
I learned with using TDNAM -> You snooze, you lose. I grabbed 8 awesome locale specific domains today but each time I found one, I immediately registered it so there was no chance somebody could come in the back door and sniper me. btw, does anybody have a coupon code that's working? All my GoDaddy and TDNAM codes aren't working for this extension.
I know freegames.me is a great domain name... I just didn't want it =) If I would have wanted it - I would have purchased it

I had luck using a 25% or 20% down discount code in first hour after it started. But after that, nothing worked anymore. Finally got one registered, but they owe me $400. Funny that those that were "registered" and they owe me $400 for, now appear up for auction. Wasn't this round supposed to be "first come first served". I didn't even consider any random names, only those that make sense when adding ME after that.
