what about www.archive.org, del.icio.us www.wikipedia.org, www.usa.gov or www.harvard.edu ?

The quality of a domain name has a lot to do with the website it contains

.me is horribly overpriced - 28$/year!

 

Hope I can get something for "entertain.me".

I think that what you paid for it was a fair price at the time..
As the extension becomes more popular, there should be more demand for it, and when/if you sell it, the price you get will be a fair price for that time

I actually ended up with pleaseentertain.me and when I was watching the prices in the auctions moving up, I started looking for hacks on the high priced domains, and got tertain.me as well.
So in a way.. I hope you get 10 times more than what you paid for it

Entertain.me is an excellent domain. A nice verb and 'me' make a good catchy phrase. You will not get only 'something' for it; instead a lot of things. Just wait and stick to your domain and also develop it nicely if you can.

 

How much did you pay for it? That was one of the domains I thought I'd regged... until I got the dreaded email from godaddy

Both Spanish and also Italy the .Me word means the same as in English.
Thats 100's millions of peaple more that can use me same was English speaking countries.

Anybody know if any other languages where Me means the same?

It will be nice if you purchase usman.me. If you don’t like it, still you should acquire it. The reason is that .me is getting popular day by day and the more people know about it, the more they will try to have their personal domains. At that time we will pray that you meet a millionaire whose name is Usman and he is desperate for a personal domain.

(Sorry but freewallpapers.me says nothing much.).

Some verbs with .me sound great such as appoint.me (jobs' site), hire.me (car rent) and quote.me (insurance). They are the real gems but unfortunately they have already been grabbed.

There are a few like kiss.me, love.me and date.me etc but they are going for auction. Do not be bothered even to look at them as they will go beyond the budget of people like us.

What if me takes off and I missed it!
If .me takes off into a niche market $20 will be super cheap.
.Me isn't so much of a joke anymore. It is gaining a bit of momentum.

They say

So sounds like they are going to open up the bidding to everyone!
will have to keep an eye out for that hopefully not to many people check that site.. may pick up some bargains
