imnajam, you do not understand the situations at all. I know I was banned before, and they are right. I probably did do something against their TOS and I admit it. In my last post I meant what should I reply to that Email with to piss them off?

 

lol.. I think they might just ignore you if you piss them off.

 

I have friends who got banned by GA since two years back n they are still banned till the minute this msg is up.

They might ban you again. Just to be sure email their support team and ask for review your case. Thy won't ban you now but they'll ban 'til your you've reached $100

It doesnt seem to be against the TOS but you asked, so Imma be honest - I'm tired of sugar coating it. That is one of the most useless MFA sites I have seen. You have nothing useful to the user, and the only reason they would click (when the ads are up), is because they are pissed off at the shi*ty content and want to move on anywhere else but that site - But I imagine that it won't last that long anyway and you will soon find yourself replacing the whole site with a new scheme when you are buried in 757,000th page in the search results - Perhaps this was abit too harsh, but really if you have to ask if it is against the TOS..perhaps you need to re-evaluate your game plan -

Now some positive thoughts..

I would try to make the site actually usefull to my users. If your site is crap, you get no back links, no back links = more crap so...make a decent site. You could use Joomla and Mos real estate plugin or something, to post REAL listings, allow property owners to post listings. Make it more interactive - Throw up your adsense, perhaps a few mortgage affiliate banners ...But thats just my 2 cents, take it or leave it - good luck

Well, I do understand that and that's why I said that you can't do anything however I should be saying you can't do anything to piss them off, further if you piss them off you wont have any chance left for reinstation of your account, have you tried filling it?

Further, I myself have tried alot by calling them several times and by sending them faxes but it all went to no use, they keep ignoring all things including emails and fax.

So I would suggest you not to waiste your time in try of pissing them off rather do some other work and find other publish to work with may be YPN.
