I have registered in adword and have also run some campaign for my personal sites/blog just to learn by trial & error. Now I am using it well. But I don't understood what is MCC (my client center) How to registers for it ( if it need). Can I create MCC along with my current adword account? Please some one explain it clearly so that I can understand it. Pls do not reply just to increase your post count.

MCC was designed for agencies or guys running more then one account. It links the accounts together so that Adwords knows which ones you're running. I've used it in the past and they say if you have more then one account that you should link them under the MCC.
