I have read a lot of domains are identified as dangerous. "info",".ca" etc. McAfee made a great analysis...What do you think of it?
Dangerous??? why??? I've been using .info for a while now...I don't have any problem... did McAfee says why they say that??
They were talking in general terms. Generally speaking, there is much spam on .info, .cn and such. Of course, this doesn't mean that all sites on .info and .cn domains are bad.
Its just in general coz info's are to cheap.. Scammers, spammers and many more bad'ders tend to use the domain .info to create illegal sites for wrong purposes..
What McAfee did is not very correct. How can you say for example that .CA domain is risky...? There might be some people who spam from ca web address but it is not the way we need to look at spam problem. YOu know that anyone can point domain to different IP addresses... something spammers actually do when they get banned.
