mb_detect_encoding error in php 5.2.5v

    Hi All,

    I am using PHP 5.2.5v mb_detect_encoding showing error undefined function ? is this method only supports upto PHP 4 >= 4.0.6 and PHP 5 ?

    can u suggest me to fix this issue.
