You guys ever noticed when you click on the FireFox referral button that it takes you to a page and rarerly says anything about FireFox but has an image of a Google Toolbar and on the download button it has, and I quote "Download Google Toolbar". Many people send to stay away from Toolbars thus making them not wanting to download it.

Clicking to referral programs is very very low. Instead you can use direct ads.

You may be right bwdow. In my case, I would do a search on software I was specifically interested in trying and go directly to their site. In order for the me to click on an ad at a website, it would probably have to be related to the content of the site, which draws me into "I'll try that mode"

and at some countries, losing a visitor over 10 cents (referral fees is 10 cents) is not really worth.
