Bug maybe a bug in Marketplace

    Hi
    I was trying to download this theme
    https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/free-viralnova-clone-template-wordpress-theme.2842/item
    which is free for premium members and others can download for $1. I am not a premium member and so decided to download by paying $1.
    I made the transaction and it ended up in failure. So i stopped trying to get it. But the problem is the amount is taken from my bank account and it is not refunded after the transaction is failure. I know its small amount. But shouldn't it be considered as it not returned to my bank account. What if it happens for higher transactions? So can you look into it and help me to get the theme.

    What do you mean the transaction failed? What does it show in your PayPal account?
