What's the forum about? Who are its target forum participants? Make that show prominently on your forum.

And perhaps you can change the red font color under Notices? Its just too glaring for me. I don't know about others. But some people could be driven away from the forum just because of that.

Try a cooler font color that matches well with the site's over-all design.

target audience is teenagers and above. My forum is basically a discussion forum about celebrity's, games, news and post your links section ( dont know whats that called.) I don't really have a specific genre. Maybe you could recommend me a easy genre. Ok will do about the color of the font.
