    Adsense TOS says
May not place misleading labels above Google ad units - for instance, ads may be labeled "Sponsored Links" but not "Favorite Sites"
At the moment i have "Sponsored Results" does that work or does it have to say Sponsored Links if its going to say anything?

But most importantly can it say "Local results for Lawyers in Florida" ?

    So it looks like this
Local results for Lawyers in Florida

    google sponsor 1

    google sponsor 2

    the actual results below

No, i wouldn't do that, they are quite strict about how other things look around the ads.

THeres nothing to stop you from using Local results for Lawyers in Florida somewhere within your page, but sort of labelling the google ads is not a good idea.

    That is misleading, therefore subject
    to being banned by adsense.

I don't think it is allowed, since it is a kind of incentive provided to visitors to click the ads underneath it.
