    I posted my site for sale on Dec.6'09 and the person who's claimed to buy my site never contacts me though I have sent him PM and I never receive any payment either.

    Can I repost my site for sale again on Dec.13'09 since no sale has taken place then?

    No, you can not do that. If you think that your thread is buried then you can add your thread link in your signature so that people can reach your thread.

    bet is to report to mods they will issue infraction to such bidders. also u can use sign link to link that thread further.

    Thank you for all your valuable advice. By the way, I'm afraid I might misunderstand this advice that I should "use sign link to link that thread further". Does it mean that I should put the URL of that sale as my signature? If it is, so are people really aware of that sign link as a sale thing?

    yeah sign links are best way to use to link your sales threads u can use 4 thread links if you are eligible to have signature.
