    Bad logo (web 2.0 would be better) with low quality text, bad font too.

    Tha black color for background for the text is not so contrasted. You should either change the text color or change the background color (I suggest to change the Background).

    The links in the bottom are not contrasted.

    Your forum logo and template should be changed to something custom, instead of leaving with the default PHPbb template.

    Thats what I have noticed...

    No 1998...something like 1999 :) When I saw design I got that everything is made in Paint.exe

    Really, you should make some other design, and definy CSS please :)
