Maximum Products your E-commerce Store could handle

    1. What is maximum products you have uploaded/imported
    2. What hosting account (Shared, VPS, Dedicated)you have used
    3. How long site run smoothly
    4. What challenges you faced from performance and site availability point of view
    5. What CMS (PrestaShop, OpenCart, WooCommerce, X-cart, Magento etc) you have used
    6. Where did you transition (CMS or Hosting account), if you did

    And if you have used hosted platform like (Shopify, BigCommerce, 3DCart):
    A. How many maximum products you imported
    B. Did you move away from Hosted, and if yes, where?

    It will help what to select a e-commerce solution based on your lesson learned.

    Stay far away from Prestashop. Shitty as hell……with absolutely no support on their own socalled support forum……

    As MagdaS says, you can upload as many as you want.

    However, i recommend finding the optimal number or products (and categories) that most successful stores use, and go with that.

    Make sure to optimise the number of products, since if you put too much on the site, the site will slow down and you will probably loose customers.
