    Yes, Limit is allowed
    For Title:-66-70 characters
    For Description:-170 characters-200 characters
    for keyword:-10-15 keywords in home page and 4-5 keywords for another pages.

    You can use 10-15 keywords their, but I'll prefer 4-5 very good, well optimized keywords for the meta-keywrds tag and a user-friendly titles. Don't dump all your keywords in title, only use 1 or 2 major keyword and keep your title simple and attractive. For description as Ilone said 170-200 characters is good.

    Yes, Their is limit is allowed in website title, description and keywords:
    In Title we need 70 characters and in Description we need 180 characters, in keywords we use 200 character.

    You should use 56-60 characters for tittle, 150 characters for Description and 4-5 keywords for your website home page.
