Hi, i wonder what is the maximum CTR that still permitted by google? I mean, in overall publisher got 1-5% CTR monthly, but how if one day they got 10% CTR or 20%? What percentage is the limit?

And one more, I am using a shared IP address (I used cable) from my ISP but now I want to change my IP address. I wonder what will happen with my google account? How to told them that I have changed my IP?

I do not think there is a limit as long as it is valid and you did not break the rules. As far as the IP, there is no need to tell them about IP changes.

There is no such things as a maximum CTR, there are people who had CTRs over 100% and didn't get banned. High CTR is fine as long as the clicks are valid and you comply with the rules.

Changing your own IP is fine. You don't need to tell Google about it, if they wanted to know they can see it each time you login to your account.

about IP, actually what I want to ask is, if someone who has the same IP address with me(because I used cable) click fraud on my website, what to do? I mean, in example: my ip address is 204.44.293.10 (only example) then I changed my IP to: 100.105.105.101(dial up). Then someone who used the same ISP cable with me click bombed my website. Do you think I will get banned because my previous IP is same with him? Or google already know that I have changed my IP address?

Its hard to get 10%-20% without click fraud. I can barely get 1% a day on my CTR. Sometime I got 55% when the day reset and I got 1-2 on first 3-4 impression and that it ..haha

    MFAs can get 25%-33% CTR.

I once had a site which had nearly 20% CTR, I had no problem with it.

Even today, I have a site with 7% or so CTR.

CTR doesn't matter as long as you are following the Adsense TOS.

Doesn't really matter if Google knows the IP belongs to you... Google banned plenty of people who got clickbombed by IPs that clearly didn't belong to the site owner.

The best thing to do is to just contact Adsense support immediately when you think you're getting clickbombed and explain the situation... If they are in a good mood they will just make those clicks invalid, block further clicks from that IP and not ban you.

why does Google banned those people? I mean who clickbombed them are not people who had the same IP with the site owner...then those 'bad people' just need to clickbombed someone and then this site owner will get banned by google?

I you abide by the TOS, then even if you get 20% CTR one day, you have nothing to worry about.

CTR doesn't matter to Google. Although my overall site average CTR is lower, I have some pages that consistently get over 50% CTR. Not a problem.

i think there is no ctr number for banning but i'm sure that adsense team is checking very high ctr (like %50) numbers manual
