That is a very very low CTR. You should split test and optimize better to increase CTR.

Your CTR is low, you should try other techniques and strategies to increase your CTR such as different ad sizes and positioning.

As it seems, you have a low CTR. The average CTR for sites from your field is around 0.5%. You need to work on the size of the banners and their placement to improve the CTR.

The low CTR might be because your ad placement. I had an entertainment website too with bad CTR and lots of traffic. People are used up seeing ads all over the pages and they developed a habbit to ignore them. Until I got an idea, to show the ad in a place where it is so hard to be ignored: In the middle of the content. So I developed a plugin that will show an adsense ad just right after the first or the secodn paragraph. It is free to use: http://wordpress.org/plugins/fs-revenue-mazimizer/ . Any feedback is appreciated.

Dear If you are using Google adsense, you may know, On which CTR depend.
take example, If you receive 1 pageview and 1 click from specific country, your CTR will be 100%.
If you receive 2 pageview and 1 click then it would be 50%.
So CTR depend on pageview and click.
your website about entertainment, so that your CTR is very less because your pageview are more that your click. so that your CTR is very less.
I think you understand about CTR.

There is no maximum CTR in Gooogle Adsense. As long as your clicks are legit and not fraudulent then you are safe.
One of my websites have a CTR of 15-20%. :D

That's no maximum CTR, as long as the clicks are quality clicks.
