The question is unclear.Do you mean "How many max backlinks per day?" Unlimited. There's no limit on how many backlinks you get per day/minute/year,etc.
if google thinks they are artificial then you might be penalized but this has nothing to do with how many you get of course 1000000 links per day added will ring a bell on the google spam watchers

One thing you need to think about is if you are getting a lot of backlinks in a day that the anchor text for the links should vary quite a bit. If a site becomes popular because lets say it goes viral most people naturally linking to it are going to use a lot of different anchor text which looks natural to the search engines (because it is natural).
