I am new to adwords and only using it because i got free $75 credit from my hosting company but I added a bunch of keywords and by default it set them all up as $0.19 max cpc. How do I change the max cpc for a certain keyword? And is it possible to see where in the rankings it will take me based on how much i change the max cpc?
