Do you use broad keyword matches?
It might be your keyword was used in a search enquiry containing higher bid keywords.

I advice you to always use long keyword, minimal 3 words. Not 'dating' thats too expensive.
But try to find very small niche markets for dating, 'date old women' or even more specific 'date old women canada'.

Another way to prevent this, is to use exact keyword matching. Traffic will be lower but CPC will be too.

I've never seen the 0 impressions thing... that is odd. Have you contacted Google about it?

As for the CPC -- this could be due to many factors... quality score, broad keyword, etc.

I would definitely contact Google, though.

I'm guessing that you're looking at the data very soon after turning it on. I'd suggest that you wait until tomorrow before assessing what's happened - sometimes the figures update at different times (as they must have done here, if you've got a click but no impressions).
