What do you think? http://www.1stsearchenginerankings.com/2007/06/04/matt-cutts-blog-under-new-management/
It is definitely real. I took it myself. Make sure you use IE though and aren't signed into google account. FF always shows different results.
Tried it again using IE, your blog is on the third page and another one of Matt’s blog pages is listed on that page as well, but not in the manner that is shown in your screenshot. Maybe I am getting the results from a different DC.
Agreed... Pffft i hardly doubt that as he would have announced it on his blog that he NO LONGER operates that blog and is no longer affiliated with it.. Im not saying he wouldnt ever contemplate selling it but im sure he would have advised his readers of such first... thx malcolm
I'll stake my honor and reputation on the fact that it is true, I took the screenshot, it was exactly as the picture depicts. Nothing was changed. It is still showing for me. I would even do a remote access through MSN messenger with a reputed member just to prove its real. It was meant as a joke but is definitely real. Those are the same results I get in FF.
Good please send the Google Query url of this so we can see ourselves... EX: http://www.google.com/search?q=web+...ent-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B3GGGL_enUS222US222&aq=t thx malcolm
Okay here it is:http://www.google.com/search?q=seo+blog&hl=en&start=20&sa=N Okay here is my msn address: randy{at}visiohosting.com will be on in a few minutes
IT IS TRUE. i am not seeing it in firefox, but it is showing EXACTLY as the OP claims it is when I do this search in internet explorer. very weird!
Of course, I like to joke but I don't manipulate images for a joke The whole joke is based on the fact that my site was placed above matt cutts and matt cutts blog was placed in a sub listing under mine. “I never make the mistake of arguing with people for whose opinions I have no respect.â€
I believe you Visio, but I think it was a bug in Google that caused this. I'm not getting the same view as you in either FF or IE but your blog comes first followed by the same Matt Cutts page and it looks like Google subbed matts link to yours but it looks fixed now (or on the DC I'm on) Direct link to the DC I'm viewing: http://216.239.59.104/search?q=seo+blog&hl=en&start=30&sa=N Still, nice find
