    Ranking of website depends on many factor here definitely small website rank better.
    Only if it's upload time is less with fast page load speed, original content better inner & outbound linking & much more.

    Everybody will submit their own websites. I wonder if google will review manually each website submitted. And then google will de-index it. :lol:

    They're just trying to convince everyone that they care about the complaints and sentiments they recieve. Just so no one can complain about it later when Google does their own thing as usual.
