Matt Cutt of Google Spam Team Resigns. Could your Ranking be better?

    Matt Cutts who was leading the Spam Team at Google resigned after many years and seems to have made life difficult of SEO professionals. Since he is gone, will your website be ranking higher than official brand website which has become common now on google?
    What the industry experts feel changes in Google algorithms are going to come and open the shut doors for aspiring professionals to enter this industry?

    It's not Matt Cutt who operate Ranking-strategy rather it's the policy of the Google. Whoever come on Matt Cutt's position must follow Google's policy. That means there's nothing to do with Matt Cutt's resignation.

    Matt is the team leader of web spam, team. When he resigns someone else will take his place. The business will flow as usual. It won’t affect our ranking.

    Can't agree more. But maybe some SEO company will hire him, better yet he will establish a SEO firm that will rock the internet world. :)

    Matt itself is not the person that decide everything in search engine rankings. Google work as a team and there are other persons as well who are managing all the aspects of search engine rankings.
