Mathematical Formula Using PHP

    I have a client that is looking for a form that uses a mathematical formula and I know very little about php.

    He wants to be able to enter different variables in three different field and have the total reflect them.

    How would I even go about starting this or is there someone out there that would like to do this for me and what would it cost me?

    This sounds like it could be done in Javascript. Why PHP?

    I just though maybe php was going to be the best. Is this something you could do in javascript? How much will it cost?

    It depends how complex the calculation is. Can you PM me the formula? I won't charge anything to take a look.
