I mostly prefer dot com domains that's why I would recommend you middleschoolmaths. It also focuses only on middle school math things and math.mobi would need to cover a large spectrum.
In the US we do not use the word maths. Across the pond as we say it is used. Middleschoolmathematics.com would be my preference over middleschoolmaths.com. If you are trying to appeal to all English speakers I would try to use a word that is universally used to appeal to a larger audience.
