I would be interested buying your traffic, though could you assure about quality, since you offering highest rate to your publishers, does that means its going to cost me more as an advertiser and if so what type of conversion I can expect.

Pretty sure they are new, have no clients, and might have picked up a few weak fish on here from a terribly composed thread. So they won't have information for you on how well they convert cause they haven't yet converted enough people into clients to then get their traffic to convert.

You run adhexa networks and you expect to be a legit network.

Yes but if you have done your research online you would see it's full of bot traffic.
If you cannot even use google I would recommend you close all your networks down and get a proper job.

No that's not what I mean.
I mean if you cannot run a CPM network why would anyone trust you with pop payments?
I know I have about $120 pending in pubcpm and have never been paid.
Did you run out of money to pay your publishers?

He's already confirmed that they own http://pubcpm.com these guys have not paid out in months.
They use adhexa which is full of bot traffic. They confirmed they are going to shut down this network.
So why should we trust your pop network when you couldn't even run a CPM network without running it into the ground?

 

We pay more than $2500 to our publishers, but now all accounts from our parteners networks it is closes!
And we decide to close network because publishers send us only boot traffic!
What problem is if i close one network and i start another? I think you send us boot traffic too! Can you prove?

WOAH $2500?! I make $17k a month. I mean I really care not for the $100 but I'm letting everything know if this is your attitude then you're going to have massive problems.

Alright so lets say you use popads theoretically and then they close you're also going to close your network? Man please just shut this thread and save the trouble.
