Masterseek the scraper directory

This site is scraping content from my site and I think it's causing us duplication issues on Google. I've tried to contact them to get them to remove it with no reply and Google hasn't bothered to look at my DCMA (surprise there!). Beyond legal action (which we are considering) what can we do to get this page removed?

Not much you can do to be honest... other then contact host or Google

I ran into same issue that a site picks up conversations from here (DP) and
it automatically appears on there site a few hours later...

    thx

Do not link to them. If your site has higher PR and is spidered more frequently, you will be insulated to some degree against duplication issues. So go out and hunt for some more links.

Unless you're someone important that DCMA won't help much.
Try to contact their hosting provider and domain register. They might help you.
Some of my sites (not directories) are being scraped too but it's not a problem because of the authority of the domain.
