1) you will not be suspended if your client misuses or abuses the system. they and you will be notified of the infraction. depending on the infraction there will be a grace period to migrate away from the service they are trying to provide. we only provide one warning. you are expected to monitor your own clients.

2)yes. we can migrate your clients over for you, however the whm master reseller tab has a migration feature in it. it should be able to take a cpanel back and install it for you.

3) we will make all custom nameserver entries for you.

4) yes you will be able to create packages with unlimited resources

5) yes, we have ffmpeg installed.

6) you will need to get an ssl and dedicated ip in order to use https

7) yes, your price is frozen this price

3. Do you PHP4 also installed?

5. MasterWHM Version please?

6. What other free stuff do you provide; like template, billing software or so?

7. How many Dedicated IPs are you providing free?

8. What is the backup frequency and will you provide backup in case it is required free of cost?

9. If You have PHP 4 and 5 installed - few querries:
- what is the position of open base_dir restriction?
- what is the position of php safe_mode?
- what is the position of cron.deny file? Is it there?
- how much RAM is allowed to php?
- cURL, mCrypt, OpenSSL and GD compiled into PHP?
These are required to run ClientEXEC billing and support software.

10. Will you provide the paths for csh and bas as these are required by my php script named 'server status'? This is 100% safe and secure script and if you feel it is violating the ToS we will pay all the penalties.

I am currently looking for a hosting plan that will allow me to offer hosting to clients and offer a reseller option. Your product seems to fit. Hosting is not the mainline product, I'm doing a Membership site that I would like to include hosting bundled with templates, website design, etc. I will charge a membership for this service. My question is according to your TOS offering free Hosting is forbidden, would I be allowed to include hosting in my membership fee, hiding the cost par se' and market it included with membership? I hope this makes sense.
Another question, I often see that IRC is forbidden in Hosting companies TOS, as in yours. Is this dealing with Hosting an IRC, or does this include having IRC on your website like Live Help IRC channel?

1) php version 5 isn't as stable as it should be in our minds so we have not upgraded yet. we want to make sure all of our clients are ready for the upgrade when it happens and right now our growth on the existing machines does not allow this. once these machines reach final capacity we will look into upgrading this service.

2-5) sure....

6) we are not in a position or have any desire to turn away business but as professional advise we think you need a decicated machine to handle your accounts based on what should be the average amount of usage.....

simply put. no we do not. you might ask how this is possible. the answer is simple. we don't over stuff our machines. if your code is bulky and your download sizes per page are vicious, we can't help you. if you they are not we will back our load times with our 30 day money back gaurentee. there is not one page on hundreds of sites hosted with us that take on average more than 4 seconds to load which is including the heaviest of heavy pages.

sorry for stuffing you in the middle of two threads. irc is forbidden as it attracts random attacks and garbage traffic that we do not want holding our machines back. you may bundle your sevices. we do not want free hosting clients on the machine because it attracts a hacking ground, a breeding environment for bad code and a demand for support requests that should not be submitted boggind down real support and an more entry points for hackers to gain access. stopping free services seems to prevent a large portion of problems right at the door.
not to mention...in hind sight...irc is notorios for its hacking histories.

So I can offer may hosting with my membership Fee and that won't be considered free hosting sites, good that works. The IRC doesn't really matter I just thought having a "Live Help" feature would be a cool idea, as you can interact with you visitors. Of course if you happen to be on the site.
I understand about the Hacking problem. My last host got attacked, I don't believe from any of my sites, But The web-mail was getting spam attacks bad, like a couple hundred emails with the same message, but different email addresses. It took days to get rid of it. The host had to shut the server down, probably to do a manual fix.
They disabled the ticket email because they got so many tickets. It was bad. Probably some bot got the server web mail root address or something, I don't exactly know but it was not good.
