take a Look on EZPZ Hosting and Turnkey Internet, they have good Master or Alpha reseller hosting plans.
Not all providers are oversold with MR/Reseller based plans if they are offering unlimited with fair usage policy. Sometimes a MR plan from good provider could provide better resource limit than a VPS. Premium provider like us comes with Hardware firewall for protection, normally cheap vps does not have something like this. Also Raid based low end vps providers are few and those are not cheap as well if not oversold.
Unlimited hosting doesn't exist, so yes...if they are offering that, they are oversold, likely overloaded, and are engaged in the "unlimited" marketing scam. Shouldn't be a company you want to deal with. People really shouldn't be concerned about the hardware firewall. They should be concerned that their sites are being run on cheap desktop-grade equipment like Core 2 Quads (ridiculously outdated) and I7's. You'll never find a good VPS from a good provider being run on old desktop-grade machines with non-ECC RAM.
So unlimited provider like HG, BlueHost are dealing with "unlimited" marketing scam !! And people not concerned about firewall and also not need to concerned about DDoS and SYN attack then
Correct, they are part of the marketing scam. Go try to use that "unlimited" space and bandwidth and see what happens. I'll actually show you the numbers where their servers fail, if you're interested. Any decent provider is going to have a hardware firewall on the VPS node; same goes for shared/reseller hosting, to be honest. That's not something that's unique to a master reseller plan. As I said, I would be far more concerned with my site being run on outdated desktop-grade equipment, because you know the RAM is non-ECC, the hard drives, RAID cards, etc. are probably old crap, etc.
