As I understand it, IwhiC servers support both php 5 and php 4. So unless you need that exact version, which is insane anyways, they should be able to accommodate you.
thank you shawn that is correct we do have PHP 4.4.8 compiled as well, I do however recommend you updating your script as php 4 is no longer supported. So if your script will work with that version of php 4 then you will be fine.
