do you own the server or are you a reseller, honest answer please what is your average response time for support tickets? do you have monitoring in place say every 5 minutes that notify you if any of your server's services (httpd, ping, named, nameservers) are down? i am looking for a host that have real 24/7 support because we will never know when downtime can occur and if a host does not have real 24/7 support, downtime can be prolonged, which resellers do not want because we will lose clients!
