master reseller question about hostname (hostingX.myresellerprovider.net)

I have a master reseller account and when I or one of my reseller clients create a new cpanel account the system sends out an email stating the new account has been created but the title of the mail shows (new account created on hostingX.myresellerprovider.net)

How can I change this to reflect my company name? I do not want my reseller clients to know who I have for my master reseller account. or is this not possible?? Is this somthing I can have my provider change?

Are you using WHMCS as the billing system or something else?

 

yes, I use whmcs. but I think the mails are server side system mails.

 

I know that doesn't happen to me, I get the emails since i was the one that created the account but not my clients. I'm using WHM and I think this is standard with that system, you may want to reach out to your provider to see if they can stop those emails from going to your clients.

 

Try editing the email templates.

WHMCS > Setup > Email templates > Hosting account welcome email

 

mails are not sent with whmcs they are sent from my provider/cpanel every time an account is created on that server.
