I have received EXCELLENT communication from Suntex Hosting. Each and EVERY time they perform maintenance or schedule downtime, which I think has only been twice, I have received an e-mail. I have received a second e-mail stating when the maintenance was completed. They send me a PayPal invoice when it's time for me to make my payment, and it's just smooth transactions all the way around. I am a very satisfied customer.
