    Let me give some information. It happens all the time in these forums, just because they are cheap, buys them no credibility. Just because they offer this and that doesn't mean they are going to give it and most often they are lying.

    I wish I could feel sorry for you guys/gals, however I cannot as you are incompetent to even accept things such as these. I even started a thread on here in the suggestions forums, telling that these kinds of offers are not at-all possible, yes feasible, but not reliable nor possible as said. Now we have clients on here complaining of their services saying it's a scam. You signed up and paid for this scam, you only realise it's a scam due to you being a customer of theres. I would invest time in seeking guidance of reliable and reputable hosts! Not hosts who give you unreliable services or even refunds which are not given, find a host who you can trust, not one from any old corner.

    That's my 2 pennies!

    When you search online it certainly appears that emopunk intended to provide a good service but lacked the business experience to make it happen. This thread won't disappear from Google so it's a shame he hasn't stepped up to make things right. Sad to kill a fledgling business like this.

    And this won't be the last post in this forum about the same thing happening. If it's too good to be true it generally is. So the users using this service will jump to the next one just like it and make a long topic like this one complaining about the same problems. They could avoid all this trouble by spending what others pay for hosting that does offer true 99.9% uptime guarantee and actually backs it.

    But I doubt any of this will happen any time soon so I look forward to the next long topic!

    No, there is no refund. My account was disable without any notice nor refund. I am only hosting wordpress and monitoring my client's account to make sure they are not hosting any proxy, warez, etc. An yet he suspend mine without notification.

    He should at least let me know what happen and give us chance to backup our files.

    The support over MSN sucks,

    Contacted him quite a couple of times, the server has loads of problems and they just dont get fixed.

    Emopunk, you really shoud assist better over MSN. Damn!

    Through out all 10 of the pages its mostly complaints :|

    Cheap is not always better!

    If a deal is "to good to be true" it normally is.

    You should always Google the company name/site and see what others has to say.

    There are alot of quality hosts around.
