yes we are having a directory issue, the files are actually there in the public_html folder there just not showing when you goto the address, my admins are workign on it. Its like they where there earlier then just up and dissapeared, but there still in the file manager and ftp in the public_html folder
alright you 2 the issue is resolved, the httpd.conf needed rebuilt and i had to add my dedicated ip in there. It only effected hostpassion.biz no other site on the server. You can now visit hostpassion.biz

I was going to buy a .biz domain, so why not take advantage of a free one? Not every server works perfectly 100% of the time, and it was only my domain effected, not anybody elses on my server. Yes people can be really rude but if you can't handle the slander or negativity of people then you shouldn't be in the business. I have found out in the past that people actually "look" for ways to put hosts down. They look for the bad and overlook the good, because they want to look for specific factors that will effect them or there peers and bring that out into the light. The problem was fixed in a matter of 10 minutes. With just a simple ssh command i rebuilt the httpd.conf and all was fixed. That could have been caused by the ip not being in the httpd.conf file. Your httpd.conf file can mess up by just creating a hosting account as man makes machines and man is not perfect so you can't expect a machine to be perfect as well. I wasn't offended by you circuitcity ... I offer a free trial on my hosting to prove that i can backup what i say
