We have been in the hosting business for the last 3 years as Resellers and recently as Master Resellers but our Master Reseller experience (bought from a fellow DP member) has been a complete mess with horrible site downtimes, spam issues and poor support. We also lost a few clients due to this. Now, we wish to migrate to a new host who can provide a reliable Master Reseller or a Direct Admin package under a high speed robust server. Listed below are our minimum requirements and I request honest bids only. 1. 1000 GB Web space and 10000 GB guaranteed bandwidth or the highest you can offer. No overselling please though we want overselling enabled in our package. At least 1 dedicated IP also wanted. 2. Solid 99% Uptime is a must and the sites/emails should work under all ISPs. We have had instances where the sites wouldn’t work under a few ISPs but would work on a proxy. This is a headache for us to prove our clients that the server is indeed alive. 3. Unlimited Email accounts with good Spam control and prevention features. Emails have to work. The IPs of our last provider were actually blacklisted and we had difficulties sending emails. 4. The server should support full private name server branding/ privacy customization as we will try to project we are not Master Resellers to our clients. 5. Unlimited Resellers with CPanel/WHM + Fantastico & RvSKINS/Free Account Lab Plus or equivalent software? If you have anything better, let us know? 6. Libogg, Liborbis, Lame & MP3 Encoder Audio Support required. Some clients require M3u linked Mp3 audio streaming or streaming using flash based players like Radio Blog Player (www.radioblogclub.com). We will not host illegal or copyrighted files? Also let us know if the server would support Shout casting if required or if you provide it separately. 7. Some clients would require FFMpeg, Mplayer & FLV2Tool Support for video? So this or an equivalent should be enabled. 8. Unlimited features wanted - Ability to host Unlimited Domains, Unlimited Parked & Addon Domains, Unlimited Sub domains Unlimited FTP Accounts, Unlimited MySQL Data Bases, etc. All other standard features like Bandwidth meter, Ruby On Rails, Site Stats, Zend Optimizer, any software scripts etc should be available by default. 9. What are your Do’s and Don’ts and what restrictions apply? If there are hidden charges, let us know in advance? 10. Do you provide real time support like chat/phone? Honestly please let us know, what are your average support response times as it is critical for ensuring optimum service. 10. We will replicate all your other product/service offerings on our website so we will expect discounted Master Reseller Pricing for other products like Domains, VPS, Dedicated Servers, etc. Though we have a fairly tight budget and are very particular about the final price, we don’t mind paying extra if that would guarantee good reliability and rock-solid performance. We are fed up changing our hosts and are looking at a synergy partner with whom we could think long term and grow together. Please have this in mind when you bid.
