hi, we have lots and lots of master reseller clients but have never seen anything like this and need to reach out the DP community for any assistance they can provide. the problem is that one of our clients has a master reseller account. all of a sudden his accounts vanished from his master reseller tab. there is no rhyme or reason for it. we have blocked his login access while we diagnose his problem to ensure that he isn't repeatedly accidentally removing their them. the accounts are not terminated. they just don't appear under his tab. if the account owner changes to his account, after this happens the accounts which have "vanished" then own themselves. additionally what is strange is that if we move them back under his master tab they stay there for random amounts of time before they revanish. we have tried removing master rights and assigning all ownership to root, restarting the cpanel daemon then re-grant his master rights and re-add his resellers to the master panel. the results are exactly identical. we have also tested with new "test" whm reseller accounts and are experiencing the same problems. we have whmreseller v3 on all servers. thanks hosty management

hi, we have set all accounts to the way they should be, with the clients account as owner and pushed them over to him via the bottom control to add it into his master panel. we have never posted for support before. what area does this really belong in. i will close it and post in the correct location.we will open a thread over in the new area after it happens again. thanks, hosty management

This is a bug in the whmreseller software Brett has been aware of this, as it happened to one of ours before. You need to submit a ticket with deasoft and have Bret look into this, or look on the deasoft forums as he may have posted a patch for it.. as this bug is well over 6months old.
Yes, thats right. Its WHMreseller bug and you need to submit a ticket at support.deasoft.com However, deasoft.com owner will not open your ticket within 7 days.
