Do you provide custom nameserver and 2 dedicated ips for free? no. free hosting is not allowed. one dedicated ip. 3) where is your server located? what are the server specs and where is the datacenter located? we are currently with iweb and we are moving to hostgator. the specs and configs are in our faq when the site comes back up shortly 4) in a month, how many times your server had any downtime? it has been over a month. we just had to reboot from the dns spoofing problem. 5) is warez linking and nulled scripts allowed? no and no. 6) is only english language allowed for hosting sites? or i can use any languages for my site, if it has only legal contents? we have clients from all over the world speaking in all sorts of languages. 7) do you have ffmpeg installed on your server? and also mp3 encoder, flv2 tools, lame mencoder and Mplayer is also installed? because i am planning to run a video script with youtube clone script. yes. 8) can i provide unmetered space/ bandwidth to my clients for reseller and shared hosting? yes. 9) do you take payment via google checkout or debit card? yes. 10) is 30 days free for first month or its free after first month payment? i would like to have 30 days free account for this months, which can be valid till next 30 days? just for one month. 11) do you have ddos protection and firewall protection on your server? yes. 12) how quick is your support? i mean do you provide immediate and prompt response to your customers questions or need to wait for 12-24hours for response? how are we doing so far? hosty management
thanks for your prompt reply 2) but is there any problem, if i provide free hosting just for few of my clients per month just for testing purpose? like you provide master reseller for free 30 days, in same way cant i provide to my clients that also i am planning to give only 5 clients per month, since as new paid hosting site nobody might get ready to purchase hosting from new site, so i thinkg atleast 5 testing account would be good enough to provide it for free? i will check your tos, once your site is ready. 4) you mean to say you had downtime for one month? 6) is this same applicable for my clients also? can they also use any languages for there site? 7) just forgot to ask is legal adult contents allowed on your server? 3) if you are moving to hostgator, then is there any risk of having some limited nodes for uploaded files? as they have some this type of tos, i had seen in there site. so how would i be able to use unmetered space/bandwidth? 12) your response to this questions was quick, but i am talking about support ticket on your site, is that quick too? rest everything is fine with your replied answers, let me know other answers of my above querries. also let me know when your site comes back to normal.
