I tried a few of your resources here but all of the blogs I found through them were nofollow. Not sure if it has changed since you made the post but thought you should be aware....

 

Blog commenting is dying! SEs give links in blog comments less value nowadays as they are so often spammy. Though I guess I might look for some with low spam in these lists. Nice share anyway though.
